1 Tell Us Your Objective
We want to know what it is you are trying to accomplish. What is the question that you need answered. The brick wall you've had for years. We'd also love to know what research you've already done. You can schedule time with a member of our team so we get the full picture.
2 We Scope Your Project
After you send over your information, someone on our team will go through all of your information to create a brief for our researchers. We'll probably reach out to ask some clarifying questions so we can get all the information our researchers need to understand the scope of your project.
Weeks Two — Six
3 We Find the Best Researchers
We go through our database of over 4,000 researchers to find the professional best suited to complete your project. We send the brief we created to those researchers and answer any questions they have. Depending on your project, this can happen quickly or take a bit of time so hold on tight while we do make our matching magic happen!
4 We Screen Proposals
Once we hear back from our researchers, we review the proposals and make sure they have all the information you will need to make your decision. We then review them internally to help make a recommendation based on our internal reviews and previous experiences with that researcher.
5 You Decide If a Proposal Is Right For You
A member of our team will schedule a call with you to walk you through your proposals, make our recommendations, and answer any questions you have. You can then choose if you'd like to move forward with a proposal and if so, which one is right for you.
6 We Manage Your Project Through Completion
If you move forward with a proposal, one of our in-house project managers will be your point of contact throughout the project. They will work with the researcher to provide you with updates, help answer questions, and will ensure the project stays on track with the original proposal. When the researcher delivers their results, we will turn that information into a final report to explain what research was done, what was found, and what research we might recommend for you next!
